Marc Dumont, a forty-something, apparently has everything to be, what is called, a "happy" man: a charming wife, two lovely children, an interesting profession as an urban planner, a beautiful home outside the city. He has that, which most people spend their entire lives often fruitlessly trying to achieve. An encounter with an attractive Polish girl working in an antique store makes him question his family life. Is the upbringing in his small family circle, in which he shields his children from society, the right way to prepare these children for what awaits them later in society? Desperate, Marc travels to Rhodes with the Polish girl. After the initial love explosion, gradually Marc's turmoil begins to weigh on their relationship. He tries to cling to his "love. This also makes the girl, his junior partner, restless. Marc finally decides to leave her alone and returns home alone. However, the plane is hijacked. The plane is waiting indefinitely at a runway somewhere in a subtropical climate....
